Applications are now open for the “2nd Maritime Law Summit” (The Sea and Maritime Law Capacity Building Program*), organized by the Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) and supported under the TÜBİTAK-BİDEB 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Program.
The Summit will be held on April 14–15, 2026, in a total of five sessions at the Cemil Bilsel Conference Hall of Ankara University Faculty of Law.
Participants who attend 4 sessions, complete the QR attendance form, and provide their TÜBİTAK ID number in the registration form will be awarded a digital Certificate of Participation. Participation is free of charge. Completing the registration form is sufficient for attendance. Please ensure that your name and surname are written with only the first letters capitalized. (Registration in the TÜBİTAK ARBİS system is free of charge. You may obtain your TÜBİTAK ID number by registering via the link using your e-Devlet password.)
