Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of DEHUKAM, visited IMLI to lecture at its 37th Academic Year, contributing to the Institute’s mission of training the maritime leaders of tomorrow. On 6 April, Dr. Başkara delivered a lecture entitled “Regional Cooperation for Climate Action: The Role of the Climate Change Regional Activity Centre (CC/RAC),” in which he addressed the importance of regional cooperation in combating climate change.
