Prof. Dr. Mehmet Toycan, Rector of Bahçeşehir Cyprus University, Mert Osmalar Member of the Board of Trustees and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emete Gözügüzelli, Faculty Member of the Faculty of Law at the SSUA North Cyprus, paid a visit to DEHUKAM on 27 April 2026. During the meeting held with Dr. Mustafa Başkara, CEO of DEHUKAM information was exchanged regarding the projects and activities carried out by both institutions and potential avenues for cooperation and possible joint projects to be developed were discussed.
