The DEHUKAM Board of Directors Meeting was held on 21 May 2026 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Ankara under the chairmanship of Mr. Süleyman Önel, Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Member of TEİAŞ under the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The meeting was attended by Board Members: Rear Admiral İsmail Güldoğan, Deputy Director General for Defence and Security at the Ministry of National Defence; Ünal Baylan, Director General of Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure; Ambassador Fırat Sunel, Director General of International Law and Treaties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Prof. Dr. Hasan Ayrancı, Faculty Member at Ankara University Faculty of Law; Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer, Faculty Member at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law; Prof. Dr. Nil Kula, Faculty Member at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law; and DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara. During the meeting, DEHUKAM’s 2025 Annual Activity Report was evaluated, and its national and international activities and projects were comprehensively discussed.
