The meetings of the Ankara University National Center for the Sea and Maritime Law (DEHUKAM) Board of Directors and Advisory Board were held on 25 August 2026, hosted by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Mr. Ebubekir Gizligider.
The meeting of the Board of Directors, chaired by Mr. Süleyman Önel, Chair of the Board of Directors of DEHUKAM, was attended by the Members of the Board of Directors: Director General of Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Ünal Baylan; Director General of Legislation at the Ministry of Justice Dr. Mehmet Ökmen; Deputy Director General for Defense and Security at the Ministry of National Defense Rear Admiral İsmail Güldoğan; and Faculty Member at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Nil Kula.
