DEHUKAM CEO Dr. Mustafa Başkara and Dr. Kilaparti Ramakrishna, Director of Ocean and Climate Policy at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), met with H.E. Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of the Republic of Türkiye, during the High-Level Ministerial Session titled “Blue Dialogue: Ocean & Seas Climate Change and Resilience” held on September 10–11, 2026, in Trabzon.

During the meeting, information was shared regarding the Ocean Pavilion to be established within the Blue Zone at COP31.
