DEHUKAM Projects has earned TÜBİTAK’s Research Support

Our projects titled “Research on Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods in Shipping Disputes and Possible Ways of Establishment of a Maritime Arbitration Center in Türkiye” and “Research Project on the Rights of Türkiye on Living Resources in the World’s Seas” which were submitted within the project call of TÜBİTAK 1001 Program that supports scientific and tecnological research projects, have earned TÜBİTAK’s research support.
As a part of the first Project, it is aimed to increase the effectiveness and ease access to the Arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution system to national courts with the Maritime Trade disputes. This project will be executed under the supervision of DEHUKAM Leading Researcher Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir. Under the direction of the DEHUKAM Senior Researcher Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer, the project on the Rights of Türkiye on Living Resources in the World’s Sea, will evaluate Türkiye’s activities to utilization potential living resources.
